Why join us?

Dreams Come True is a small but high achieving charity that is making life-changing positive differences to children who are having it super tough. The children we support have serious illnesses and life limiting conditions and live in the most socially deprived areas of this country.  At a time when economic hardships are affecting us all – it is our families who are being affected the most and who need us right now, more than ever before.

Our team is passionate about making a difference to the children we serve.  We are able to offer 4% contributory pension and a work from home contract – with occasional meetings in London for team time together. Apply today and see how you can work with us to make dreams come true.

Safeguarding

Dreams Come True are committed to safeguarding and safer recruitment practices. Successful applicants during the hiring process will be subject to appropriate vetting procedures (proof of eligibility to work in the UK, proof of residency and satisfactory employment screening, including DBS and two most recent references).

Diversity Statement

Dreams Come True values equality and diversity, and welcomes applications from candidates regardless of sex, race, disability, age, sexual orientation, gender reassignment, gender identity, religion, or belief, marital or civil partnership status, political opinion, social or economic status or pregnancy and maternity.
