Each dream is designed uniquely just for that child - tailored to their interests, needs, with something extra special to make their dream the most magical it can be. These personalised dreams are for children who meet our eligibility criteria and have been referred by a professional involved in their care. Please note families cannot self-refer. All dreams create magical moments that leave a lasting impact. We welcome unique requests that spark a child’s imagination and our team of dream coordinators are here to help you find the perfect dream. 

Criteria

• Living with a disability, serious illness, or life-limiting condition
• Aged 5-18 years old (inclusive) 
• UK resident living in the highest areas of deprivation in the UK - Deciles 1-3 on the relevant post code checker, links below

• Must not have received a dream/wish with Dreams Come True or another wish granting charity before
• Applications must be from a professional involved in the child’s care. Families cannot self-refer.

As a charity, we are unique in our purpose- supporting children living in areas of high deprivation. This means we have a location guide as part of our criteria. If the child you would like to refer falls just outside of decile 1 - 3 but you aware of extenuating circumstances that speaks to the high level of need, please detail this on your application form.
