The Kentown Wizard Foundation

When Ken Townsley set up The Kentown Wizard Foundation in 2017 he very generously selected four charities to support - Dreams Come True was one of those inaugural charities, and the Kentown Wizard Foundation have been a supporter of Dreams Come True ever since.

With their support and generosity, we have been able to make dreams a reality for hundreds of children up and down the country, and most recently have launched a new dream initiative in the North West.

In 2024, Dreams Come True began a programme of dream-making in Blackpool and the North-West after being awarded a five-year grant from The Kentown Wizard Foundation. This programme continues our mission of delivering dreams in areas that experience high levels of deprivation, reaching the children who truly need our help the most.

Merlin’s Magic Wand

Merlin’s Magic Wand is the official charitable partner of Merlin Entertainments, dedicated to creating magical experiences for children who need them most. Together with Dreams Come True, we have jointly created a magic space for a primary care centre as part of the Blackpool Teaching Hospital.
Sense Sensory

Dreams Come True and Sense Sensory are incredibly proud to be entering into a partnership in order to help more children with disabilities access the equipment and sensory spaces they desperately need.
TP Toys

Dreams Come True are thrilled to receive GIK support from TP Toys, who generously provide play equipment and garden toys for the children who need it the most.
Valspar

Our partnership with Valspar began in 2022, and they have continued to play a vital part in bedroom makeover dreams ever since.
Center Parcs

Since 2019, we have been incredibly grateful for the generous support from Center Parcs, with 5 gifted stays per year. These stays have enabled us to create unforgettable moments for children facing some of life’s toughest challenges.

Make A Referral

We only accept referrals from medical, healthcare, or social care professionals. Applications are on a first come first served basis, to ensure that no child is waiting too long for delivery of their dream.

What is a Dream?

Whether it's a break for a young cancer patient, a specially adapted trike for a child with cerebral palsy, a tablet to help an autistic teenager develop their communication skills, or a seriously ill child’s room makeover. Each dream brings a moments of magic and has a lasting impact for years to come. More info

Individual Dream Eligibility

To ensure we reach the children who need our attention the most, we have a set eligibility criteria that must be met in order to have a dream come true.
National Children’s Day 2024

This National Children's Day (May 12th) will you help us grant urgent dreams for children with a short life expectancy? Can you support us today and help us to build a funding pot of £5,000* to ensure we are ready for children who are in the greatest of need?
Who we support

To ensure we reach the children who deserve our attention the most, we work with children who are living in the highest areas of deprivation in the country, and are living with a disability, serious illness, or life-limiting conditions. More info
