Thames Bridges Trek 2026 Join 2500 walkers and trek 25 km across the Capital with unrivalled views of the skyline & landmarks – and you can fundraise for your favourite charity! From a Putney Bridge start it’s East towards the City, zigzagging over 16 historic bridges, each with a fascinating story – and a mid-point rest stop at The Oval Cricket Ground for snacks & drinks. 25 km later, beyond the majestic Tower Bridge, it’s a party style finish line celebration & afternoon picnic in Southwark Park. Sign up as an individual or as a team; you’ll get full support all the way, plenty of food & drink, a special medal, T shirt and celebration finish. With a 10 km optional also available - there’s a fabulous Thames Walk for you! Sign up and fundraising options: You have several options when signing up for a place to support Dreams Come True: Charity Sponsorship – Pay a small registration fee, commit to fundraising*, and we’ll cover the rest of your event place cost. Mixed Funding – Split the cost with us! You pay half of your event place, fundraise a little less*, and we’ll cover the remaining balance. Own Place Charity Fundraising – Purchase your own place and raise whatever you can for Dreams Come True (we pay a small admin fee). Please note: The registration fee for this event is non-refundable. *50% of the minimum sponsorship target should be with the Charity 6 weeks prior to the event. Failure to meet the fundraising deadline may result in cancellation of your place by the charity. The remaining 50% fundraising, should be with the Charity within 4 weeks of the event taking place.
