The process:

  • Step 1: Check your eligibility and fill in our Expression of Interest application form at the bottom of this page.
  • Step 2: Our team will review your application and contact you with the outcome. If accepted, then we will take the project forward to the planning stage.
  • Step 3*: Our team will start actively researching opportunities to fund your dream. This could happen quickly but may take several months.

*Please note, progression to step 3 does not guarantee that a dream will be fulfilled. We cannot make any promises that we will be able to find funding for your dream, but we are very keen to try.

Successful applicants understand this is not an immediate release of funds, rather Dreams Come True will be working towards finding suitable funding for your project.

Notes for Applicants:

  • Please apply with specific items or experiences in mind, and share details of your equipment wish-list or experience day request in as much detail as possible, including estimated cost per item/expense.
  • The application form does not auto save. Please consider using a separate document and copying your answers into the form if you need time to revisit your application.
  • Please include as much information as you can that relates to how your organisation supports children who meet our criteria, and by detailing both the qualitative and quantitative impact of your proposed community dream.
  • Projects submitted for a community dream must directly benefit the children you support and be free to access.
Please note that funding cannot be awarded retrospectively. Whilst awaiting the outcome of your application, please do not purchase any items applied for or the funding may not be released. If you do receive other funding in the meantime, please let us know.

We are excited to work with you and fund your Community Dreams across the UK!

Once you have checked your eligibility, please complete the Community Dream application form, found below.
